1. General Provisions

ceo93 may request proof-of-age documents at any time. If age cannot be verified, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be withheld.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ceo93 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

ceo93 reserves the right to review any transaction as part of anti-money laundering measures. If unusual or suspicious activity is identified, transactions may be delayed or blocked.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

New members at ceo93 will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus.

ceo93 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion's terms at any time. If bonus abuse is found, the account's bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed. Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same person or device will be treated as bonus abuse.

6. Betting Rules

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless specifically approved by ceo93.
• ceo93 reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds or results that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

• In sports betting, all results will be determined based on the official result of the relevant match.

In the event of a dispute over the result of any event or game, ceo93's decision will be considered final. There may be a short delay before results and balance updates are reflected in the system, but this is not an error.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ceo93 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account and all funds may be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ceo93 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to provide information.
• Evidence of fraudulent or unusual activity.
• Harmful conduct toward other users.

Users may also request the closure of their account at any time by contacting support. Before an account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any verified remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be provided, subject to the terms.
